• DEFINITION AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to Article. 50 e ss. Del Decree. 6 September 2005. n. 206 (“Consumer Code”). The contract is entered directly through the acceptance by “BARBARA CURRADO S.R.L.” a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the Internet, following the invitation to offer in www.gioielleriacurrado.it website (the “Site”) on the basis of the procedures described in the following article 3.
• WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF THE PRICES OF PRODUCTS

• DELIVERY PRODUCTS

• RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/05) and it provides the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 10 days. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and can not be exercised if the products have been used or damaged.
